Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: October 24, 2023

Welcome to the KSS Group of Institutions. By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our campus facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between KSS Group of Institutions ("The Institution") and the student/parent/guardian ("The User"). By submitting an application form or paying fees, the User acknowledges having read and understood these regulations.

The Institution reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued attendance or use of facilities constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Admission and Enrollment

Admission is granted based on academic merit and the availability of seats. The Institution reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a specific reason.

  • Documentation: Admissions are provisional until all original documents (mark sheets, transfer certificates, migration certificates) are verified.
  • Accuracy: Providing false or misleading information during the admission process will result in immediate cancellation of admission without refund.

3. Fees and Refund Policy

Timely payment of tuition and other applicable fees is mandatory for continued enrollment.

  • Payment Schedule: Fees must be paid on or before the due dates specified by the administration. Late fees may be applicable for delayed payments.
  • Refunds: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances as per the specific guidelines issued by the management or applicable regulatory bodies (e.g., UGC/AICTE norms).
  • Withdrawal: If a student withdraws mid-session, they may be liable to pay the fees for the entire academic year.

4. Student Code of Conduct

KSS Group of Institutions maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct to ensure a safe learning environment.

  • Attendance: Students must maintain the minimum attendance percentage required by the affiliating university/board (typically 75%) to be eligible for examinations.
  • Ragging: Ragging in any form is a criminal offense. Students found guilty of ragging will face immediate suspension, expulsion, and legal action.
  • Discipline: Damage to institutional property, disruptive behavior, or violation of campus rules will invite disciplinary action.

5. Intellectual Property

Students retain copyright of their original work but grant the Institution a non-exclusive license to use such work for educational, accreditation, and promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted educational services, the Institution is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government mandates, or technical failures.

The Institution is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen on campus premises.
